Command

1.       Dimmed Command – This command is not work (Stone Style) in present time, it will be active on special process.

                             Like del, cut, copy, paste, redo and Undo etc.

2.       Ellipsis Command (…) - This command is not complete means when we choose this command a dialog box is open for executive to action. 

                             Like Run…, open…, save as…, page setup…, Print…

3.       Check (ü) Command on the left, menu command – This check means this command is active or not active in present window.

                              Exp Ruler, standard tool, format tool etc

4.       Triangle (}) Command on the Right, menu command- Here include sub menu means more related command.

                                Like as all program, toolbars, auto text, zoom etc

5.       Combined command- Command is given on Right side of   special command (shot cut key) it will execute with combined of Ctrl, Alt, Window button

                                   Like Ctrl + S, Ctrl + O, Ctrl + P
