Menu Bar :-

Menu :- It have list of command or action.

File Menu :-Here list of File operation command

1          New  - Ctrl+N

Alter F + N

1-        Blank Document.

2-        Exitising Document

Create and generate a New File.

Open :- Ctrl + O

Alter F + O

Open old file or existing file or save file

3-        Save :- Ctrl + S

            Alter + F + S

            Save current file or current matter. RAM to Harddisk.

4-        Save As :- Alter + F + A

            Save current open file with different name.

5-        Print Preview :- Ctrl + F2

            Preview the printing document before Print out.

6-        Page Setup :- Alter + F + U

            By which we can choose paper, size, view, margin, header, Footer and Gutter
            and page vertical aligment section.

7-        Print :- Ctrl + P or Alter F + P

            Print the current document

8-        Close :- Ctrl W - Close current file.

9-        Exit :- (Alter + F4)

            Close Programm

Edit Bar :-

1-        Undo :- Cancel the action or command (Ctrl + Z)

2-        Redo :- Repeat action or command or cancel the undo (Ctrl + Y)

3-        Cut :- (Ctrl + X) Cut the selection and saving into clipboard file.

4-        Copy :- (Ctrl + C) Copy the selection and save into clipboard.

5-        Paste :- (Ctrl + V) Paste the clipboard contained after the curse.

Yaha se ham file ko ,open,save,print ityaadi karte hai.

1.New — Short cut (ctrl+N) or (Alter+F+N) create are a new file.

2.Open — (Alter+F+N) ( Ctrl+O) open old or existing file or save file.

3.Save - (ctrl+s) or (Alter+F+A)  save current file  or current matter .RAM to harddisk.
